Food Allergies are On the Rise

Treating patients with many food allergies can be frustrating for the client and the practitioner. Oftentimes, in an effort to control the varialbles the patient attempts to figure out which foods are bothersome or not and end up with very little to eat and in turn poor nutrition. There is a growing body of evidence that the gastrointestinal flora and the permeability of the gut are linked to food allergies.
